The website beelinepets.com is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Portsmouth, Virginia, USA, doing business as Beeline. "We", "us" and "our" mean Beeline. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and have a US shipping address to buy from us. You agree to give accurate and current information when you order, and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

Products and prices

We try to show products, colors and sizes accurately. Colors on your screen may differ from the item. Dog-vision images on the site are approximate simulations. Material and size are listed on each product page.

Prices and products can change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or placed for resale. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Using our products

No dog toy is indestructible. Choose a size your dog can't swallow, check toys before each use, supervise play, and throw away any toy that is damaged or coming apart.

Promotions and the free bee

Discount codes, the newsletter first-order discount and the free bee follow the terms shown with each offer. They have no cash value. We may change or end a promotion at any time.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. By paying, you confirm you are allowed to use the payment method you give us.

Errors

The site may sometimes contain errors in prices, descriptions or availability. We may correct them, and cancel affected orders, even after you order. We will refund any amount you paid for a cancelled order.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to or use tools from third parties. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Your submissions

If you send us reviews, messages, ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without payment. You agree they will not be unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload harmful code, collect other people's data, or interfere with how the site works.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
