Shipping

We ship to US addresses. Each product page shows its own ship estimate, because not every toy leaves from the same warehouse. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. When your order leaves, you get a tracking number by email.

If your order includes the free bee, it may arrive in a separate parcel.

Returns

Return anything unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Start a return through the contact page and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is yours unless we got the order wrong.

Toys that have been played with can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong

Send a photo through the contact page within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it, your choice, and we cover the shipping.

The bee

The bee is free. If a return takes your order below $60, keep the bee.
