Refund Policy

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. We refund the item price in full.

To start a return, contact us through our contact page. Include your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first starting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is yours to pay, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is because of our mistake. We suggest a trackable shipping service, because we can't refund a return that never reaches us.

Items that can't be returned

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of:

  • Toys that have been played with, chewed, washed or otherwise used
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • The free plush bee (see below)

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, send us a photo through our contact page within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, your choice, and we cover the shipping. We will tell you if we need the item back.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order for the one you want.

The free bee

Orders of $45 or more, before shipping and tax, include a free plush bee bag charm. If you return part of your order and the total drops below $45, you keep the bee. We will not take its value out of your refund. The bee has no cash value and can't be returned for a refund.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we inspect it and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.

If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not seen it, contact us through our contact page.
